the problem with my phone

If you don’t know what’s the problem with your phone, because it’s not as obvious as a screen or a charger port, do not worry! You should enter a regular request with all the details you know.
Our support team is here to help you identify the problem and get a quote, so you can decide what to do.

  2. On the home page, enter your ZIP code into the search box, and click “Get a quote”.

    In the request form, you’ll be asked to provide some more details about the service you need, starting with the

  1. Since you don’t know what you need yet, select the “not sure” option and detail as much as possible in the explanation field.

  1. Complete the quote process by entering your personal details, and the address where you’ll meet your tech.

  1. Then, select the date and time for your fyx.

  1. In order to track your fyx and be eligible for our 90-days warranty, you must have an account with trufyx.com In the final part of the quote, you’ll be asked to enter a password for your account, and agree to the terms & payment policy.
  2. That’s it!
    One of our team members will get back to you within 2 hours for a free phone consultation during which you’ll receive a quote.
  3. If we cannot troubleshoot this over the phone, a trufyx technician can come to you and assess your device. Most problems can be detected over the phone, and a technician will come over to confirm and fix your phone. If a technician comes to assess your phone and you decide not to fix it, you’ll only be charged $30 for the visit.
