How can I contact
my technician?

Trufyx allows you to contact your tech from the moment a technician is confirmed for your fyx, until the fyx is completed. Communication is happening within the app for technicians, and on trufyx.com for customers. You’ll be notified via email when you receive new messages.

  1. Go to www.trufyx.com
  2. Under “My account” you’ll see your upcoming fyxes in a list.
  3. Click on “View details” to reach the details view of your fyx.

  1. In the technician details section, you’ll be able to click “Message” which will open the chat on the bottom right of the page:

  1. Feel free to leave this page – you’ll be notified via email when the technician answers.
